IT Help Desk

The Information & Communications established an IT Help Desk as a one-stop consultation window for information services as described below. The IT Help Desk aims to help solve various problems that arise during daily operations and serves as a general consultation office for Nagoya University members concerning the overall information system, including information equipment, network, information security, etc.

Information Technology Center 1F (Information & Communications, Information Promotion Department)

Opening hours:
Weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (excluding holidays)
We accept consultations via email 24 hours a day.
